Raw file for retouching

Purchasing those raw files you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You can use those raw files solely for non-commercial purposes (publishing on your own profile and portfolio), the copyright belongs to the photographer. The naming and tag of the photographer is mandatory.

2. You can publish the retouched version of those photos to your social media profiles with a credit (@hua_photograph)

3. You are allowed to publish before and after retouching.

4. You are NOT allowed to use those photos for advertising in digital or print media. The raw files CANNOT be used for target, ads on social media or any other print advertising!

5. You are NOT allowed to transfer those RAW photos to third parties (retouchers, designers, groups etc.).

6. You are not allowed to sell those RAW files or the retouched version of the RAW files on stock platforms or on any other website.

7. In the event of a violation, a copyright infringement complaint will be filed.
